This VRBO was centrally located for our stay and the places we needed to be. It had all the basic amenities we needed for a temporary stay and the accommodations we're adequate for the amount of time we spent there. It's right next to the Jackson highway which made entering and exiting the parking a little tricky and created trafficky white nose throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, recommend bringing ear plugs. We had our dog with us and she didn't sleep well because of the floor board sounds about us, other dogs in other units, and the (once in a while) unusually loud vehicle whizzing by on the highway. The shower was large but narrow, and there wasn't a lot of counter space in the kitchen. Though appliances were plenty - such as Keurig coffee machine, microwave, etc. Once we figured out how to use the alarm/key system to both the doors, it was easy and convenient to use the keyless system.
