Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $650
Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $650

All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.

The Pickle Houz, established 2023, located in the Concan Country Club subdivision. A short drive from the Frio Valley Golf Course, and House Pasture. Kenneth Arthur crossing and 7 Bluff crossing are about a 10 minute or less drive from the home. You will love this amazing open concept home. The home has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 28 guests. The home has plenty of outdoor seating. A spacious outdoor area for you and your family and friends to enjoy the cool breeze. The home has a private a pool for you to catch up on some outdoor fun.


To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 4 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
• Coffee filters
• Daily garbage pick up service

We do not provide:
• Tall kitchen bags
• Paper towels
• Hand soap
• Shampoo
• Dishwashing liquid/powder
• Salt & pepper
• Toilet Paper
