"The building itself was very cool. The furnishings need some thought and money put into them. The spaces could feel and be used so much better than they are so it's a bit disappointing. The amenities are not very clear. What is stated on the website was not mentioned or encouraged by the staff. We never did get the wifi to work. The staff was not rude, but not welcoming either. "La Quirinale is a beautiful property, centrally located in a very nicer area of Rome, and within walking distance of the central train station and many famous sights. The staff are excellent and the restaurant is worth a visit. The only problem was a mix-up regarding the pre-arranged pick-up at the cruise terminal but, in the end, it worked to our advantage as the cruise line got us a much better deal last minute on a taxi to the hotel."
