"We came to Dayton for the Christmas holiday. We needed a space that was large and clean and had room for small children. We had 6 adults and 3 children. "We had a great stay at Franklin house. The home was clean and kept up and in a very peaceful setting yet close to things we wanted to do. Kathryn was available when/if we needed her and she is a wonderful Host. We were there for a weekend to visit Amish country, Serpent Mound and Arc of Appalachia. We definitely would recommend staying here for a nice get-away."

"Lovely place to stay with beautiful views of farm land surrounding this big house that has everything you need for a vacation stay. We were attending a national dog show at the Robert’s Center and we were very happy to enjoy this property with our dogs. Host was very responsive when we couldn’t get the garage door shut one day. Highly recommend!"
