"Smells of smoke. Unclean rooms, dirty beds, stained floors. Had to pay extra. First room i was assigned had a broken door that wouldnt latch shut. The door security chain was also broken. Upon asking for another room i was told the only available rooms were 15 dollars extra. It was the exact same sized room just on a different side of the building. Pretty sure it was a scam as the cashier pulled money put of his pocket to break my 20. He only took cash for this transaction. And only took cash...
