"We come to Puerto Rico every year for thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids (3,11,16,19,21,22). I simply cannot truly express how amazing this time was due to the amazing house and hosts. We have a wide range of ages and the house has something for every one. We ended up spending more days just at the house than expected because of the amazing view and amenities. "Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"Everything was great, we’ve had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. The place is great located and you will get within a couple of minutes to the beach and even beaches for kids are reachable within 7 minutes by car. If you are heady for grocery stores or backery‘s you will also reach them within a couple of minutes. If you’re heading for Puerto Rico and search a great place to stay you are perfectly accommodated in this great place."

"We really loved the location because it was close to everything the amount of space was great for our family, but I was not happy with the house and the condition it was in, we had a lot of issues in the house, the plumbing was backing up into the pipes and rooms were over flowing with sewerage, it smelled really bad, when it stormed some of the rooms off the pool were flooding as well, there was dirty dishes left under sink and garbage in the dressers. "The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the...

"This vacation was one of the best for me and my family. This villa was amazing. The management was super great attentive kind and sweet! Always available at all times. Let’s not forget that in PR the electricity normally goes away and for this particular time hurricane Ernesto was passing by the island. We had lights on at all time but also everything needed for any emergency. The place was well equipped for all ages group very clean and beautiful maintained. Our kids would not get out the pool....

We thankfully just drove to the property early and ran into the cleaner to get in. We also had to pester them for the wifi info.
