While there is a convenient airport shuttle, it is the first time we were told the driver would not help us with our luggage!"

"I had a great experience at INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo. The hotel itself was beautiful — the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I’m someone who likes to go for early morning walks or grab coffee nearby, and I did feel a little uncomfortable in the few blocks directly surrounding the hotel. It wasn’t unsafe, but it didn’t feel quite as welcoming as I expected, especially compared to the rest of Barcelona. However, once I walked about 10–15 minutes, I reached the lively, central area of La Rambla and felt completely at ease. Despite that, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel itself. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’m glad I chose it. "
