"This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual hotel is beautiful with excellent facilities, but the staff are unbelievable and made our stay. I hardly ever do reviews but I have to recommend this hotel. Saas Fee is a beautiful ski village and loved everything about it. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast with a variety of food. New and nice in-house decoration. 10 min walk from the train station. Offer free cable car ticket for one day. Would be perfect if there is a fridge in the room."

"There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. "

"Whatever you remember about youth hostels, this ain't it. Modern, clean, not cheap (it's Switzerland), and it has a very nice wellness spa for a rather reasonable additional charge. Food is good but not fancy, and staff were extremely helpful. The only glitch was that I booked this stay with OneKeyCash, and hotels.com (i.e., expedia) took my money and gave me a receipt showing no balance due, but then didn't actually pay the hostel! "The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"
