Our modern styled villa "Natura Relax" was completed in March 2017 and is located in the northern part of Majorca, out from Sa Pobla, between the historical villages Muro and Búger. Mallorca offers more than 300 days of sunshine a year, ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday. Due to the excellent location of our house, many spots and beautiful places can be reached very quickly and easily. In order to cover the daily needs of your self-catering, you only have to drive 5 minutes to Sa Pobla. In this typical Mallorcan village you will find everything ... supermarkets, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies, weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries and much more. The nearest sand beach is easy to reach in just 12 minutes by car. The route takes you directly from the finca along the S'Albufera nature reserve to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe "Platjas de Muro". A clean sandy beach with turquoise, kneaded water, ideal for families with children.
"Natura Relax" is located on a quiet piece of land, far from noise and mass tourism, with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountain chain and the surrounding countryside.

The 3.500 m² plot is completely fenced and offers lots of lawns for playing and relaxing. You can park your rental cars directly on the property driveway. Behind the house is the large pool (7mx12m) laid out, with bubbling jacuzzi, shower and modern sun beds. The pool can be fenced, so you can enjoy your holidays with your kids. Shaded places in the afternoon can be found on the covered terrace. For your children there is even a small slide, a playhouse and toys. Around the house, no matter what angle you have a beautiful view and absolute peacefully atmosphere.

The entrance of the villa is laid out with a cultivated stone bed with palm trees, a beautiful contrast to the white minimalist house.

Once you enter the villa you will be amazed at how much taste and artistic details the interior has been furnished and decorated. Everything is new and perfectly matched. All rooms are equipped with DOMOTIK-House-System and AC (except the loft). Domotik enables the fulfillment of all your requirements in the fields of comfort, security, care, efficiency and includes the integration of information and communication technologies, lighting, security, access control, climate control, etc. into a functional environment.

The villa is divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the light flooded living room with very comfortable XXL sofa, satellite TV and extra dining table. From here you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with a modern kitchen island, bar stools and a large dining table. All devices are very modern and high quality. During the dinner you can enjoy the wonderful view of the garden and pool. Everything is held in bright tones with nice accent colours. The sleeping area on the ground floor is divided into 3 double bedrooms (2 with double bed1,80m x 2m, 1 with 2 single beds 0,90m x 2m). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, either with a whirlpool bath or with a massage shower column. Each bathroom is individually designed, very modern and tastefully decorated. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and very comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms even has a huge walk-in closet, or rather dressing room due to size and comfort. In the upper part of the villa, which is reached via a wide swinging staircase, there is another, very large double bedroom with double bed (2,20m x 2m) and a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. From here you have the possibility to relax on the stylish terrace. All rooms are equipped with AC (except the loft), sliding door elements, which creates a very pleasant, open space feeling. Since the house is completely insulated, this is completely sufficient to create an absolutely pleasant room temperature, whether summer or winter. On request extra beds, as well as baby beds and high chairs are provided.

GREAT VILLA IF A LITTLE TOO HIGH TECH
VERY SPACIOUS FAB VILLA, GROUNDS AND POOL. GREAT FOR 7 OF US. TECH WAS CHALLENGING EVEN TO TURN ON LIGHTS. WE COULDNT ACCESS AIR CON IN MAIN LIVING AREA, A BROUCHURE WOULD HELP. LOTS OF SHADE ALL DAY BUT THE UPPER BEDROOM HAD NO BLINDS BUT SUPERB VIEWS. TODDLER ENJOYED SLIDE AND PLAY HOUSE

Suuuuper Poool!!
Der Gesamteindruck war gut, sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir genossen 2 Ferienwochen in dieser Villa mit unserer Familie. Die Übergabe war nett, jedoch konnte man nicht alles erklären. Am Anfang liefen div. Geräte nicht, was wir mit den sehr netten Besitzern selber regeln konnten. Es war nicht alles ganz sauber. Alter Grill, nicht dem Standard des Hauses entsprechend. Wir bekamen einen neuen einfachen. Haus wurde ca. 2007 gebaut, nicht so wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich nicht neu., sehr gebraucht. Auf Terrasse kann man nicht, so wie im Beschreib, kein Geländer. Strom muss einzeln bezahlt werden, nicht nur Klima und Heizung. Macht für 2 Wochen Ferien ohne Klimabenutzung stolze 200 Euro zusätzlich! Muss unbedingt im Preis einberechnet werden. Wichtig: Es braucht genaue Einführung der elektr. Steuerung durch Hausbesitzer. Zusätzliche Kosten von FeWo-direkt von ca. 200 Euro für angeblichen Vollservice, völlig übergrissen. Vor Ort wird man betreut von 5 Stars home! Bitte diese Sachen ändern und erwähnen.

Schöne moderne Villa
Die Finca war sehr modern und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Inmitten von bewirtschafteten Feldern sehr ruhig gelegen und toller Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Allerding blieb der typische Feldergeruch (Düngung und Feuer) nicht immer aus.... Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch 5 Stars home und die Besitzer... können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!

sehr schöner, ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub in einer modernen Villa
Wir haben unseren 14tägigen Aufenthalt in der modernen Villa sehr genossen. Die Übergaben (Ankunft/Abreise) waren jeweils unkompliziert und haben reibungslos geklappt. Ebenfalls eine Dankeschön, dass es mit der gewünschten Nespresso-Maschine geklappt hat. Der Besuch eines Agenten am Folgetag war freundlich jedoch in Sachen Vertrautheit (Bedienung moderne Objektsteuerung, Klimaanlage, was befindet sich wo) mit dem Objekt etwas ernüchternd. Da besteht sicherlich noch Potenzial zur Verbesserung (5star...). Nach anfänglichen Mängeln, welche grösstenteils umgehend behoben wurden, konnten wir uns unsere Ferien fast (Objekt befindet sich in Mitten von Ackerbauflächen, welche zu dieser Zeit intensiv bewirtschafet wurden) ungestört verbringen. In der Nacht, wenn es in der abgeschiedenen Villa sehr sehr ruhig war, konnte man die diversen Geräte (Kühlschrank, Vermutung: Poolpumpe, Bewässerungsanlage am frühen Morgen) doch gut hören. Umgebung und Pool sind sehr grosszügig bzw. schön, wenn auch etwas kahl (Begrünung nebst dem geplegten Rasen). Einige Punkte, welche nicht mit Objektbeschreibung übereinstimmten: -Wäschetrockner (Tumbler) war nicht vorhanden -Fön haben wir keinen gefunden -Safe war auch keiner installiert Diese Punkte wurden dem Agenten mitgeteilt, jedoch haben wir in diesem Zusammenhang keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ausführung/Qualität der folgenden Ausrüstungen passen nicht zum diesem modernen/luxeröisen Objekt und müssten unseres Erachtens ausgetauscht werden: -Grill der sehr günstigen Sorte, mit welchem es nicht wirklich Spass gemacht hat zu grillieren -in die Jahre gekommener „Flat“Screen/TV, wenn man dem überhaubt so sagen darf -qualitativ nicht sehr hochstehende Koch-/Geschirrutensilien (nicht elektronische Küchegeräte gemeint) Was uns sehr nachdenklich gestimmt hat, ist der Umstand, dass angesichts des Alters (knapp 3/4jährig) dieser sehr schönen Liegenschaft, die Einrichtungen leider doch teilweise schon sehr gebraucht bis abgenützt sind.
