Upon entering, there is a spacious living-dining room that connects to a large terrace. Next to this space is a modern fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which includes a jacuzzi, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. Going down some stairs, access is gained to three more double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom for the other two rooms.
The villa offers a spacious private pool of 10m x 5m, located in the front of the house, surrounded by extensive gardens with grass, shrubs, and flowers.
