Elegant holiday house with good pressure in the shower and comfy sunbeds. Four bedrooms for two people each, with private bathroom. what else could you need?I can tell you a few things:

I built this house myself and I took care of all the details for you. When I retire, I will move in. That's why it has a relaxing space, a wide kitchen ( I love to cook there) and a reading/working space with good wifi. I am nothing without my netflix on holidays.

When you arrive, I will welcome you and guide you through the house. The hot tub has it's tricks and I will be happy to tell you which bottons to push to get the best bubles. Im Katy, by the way. Nice to meet you.

THE HOUSE HAS A HALL ,4 SUITE-BEDROOMS, STUDY, LIVING ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE HEATED POOL AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN.
THE POOL IS CLIMATIZED ( HEATED) IN APRIL ,MAY, JUNE, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER.IT`S QUITE BIG (10X5), POOL TOWELS ARE INCLUDED. THERE IS A HEATED JACUZZI .
IT IS SURROUNDED BY TERRACES, GARDENS AND BARBECUE.
IN THE BACK THERE IS A GARAGE.
ALSO HAS A PING-PONG AND BASKET.
THE ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA .YOU MUST PAY THE ELECTRICITY USED DURING YOUR STAY.(0.33 Euro/kw).

Comfortable and Modern
The house is comfortable and modern with a heated pool (fantastic early in the season) and jacuzzi. Lovely welcome pack and the owner was always on hand to deal with any queries and to provide information about the local area.

A beautiful property ideal for group stays
We had an amazing stay here this month - the villa was beautiful and clean, a really well-equipped kitchen and the benefit of all en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool and outside area was outstanding, brilliant for a group of friends with lots of activities. The hot tub is a brilliant addition too. Katy was super helpful and responsive and an excellent host - we had the best time and hope to be back next year.

Beautiful modern villa,the pictures do not lie.Salt water pool,hot tub and a great barbie.Located just off the road to Pollensa, around 4 miles,so a car essential to get to the shops and the coast.We had a great holiday.

Fantastic holiday house
We are two Swedish families (8 persons) that rented the house for two weeks. We loved this place; exclusive, cool design and perfect planning of the house ! Our kids used the pool from early mornings until late nights, and we could all the time watch them from inside our outside the villa. We used the nice barbecue place many evenings. Katy Mary and her family are very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place - we hope to be back next summer !

Nice villa, well equipped suitable for group of friends or a family
We really enjoyed our stay in this property as a group of 7 friends looking for a quiet and more private get away compared to a hotel stay. There are four almost equally sized rooms which all come with a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen area holds the majority of items you will most likely use during a 7-14 days stay. What we would loved to have read before: the outside area is also really beautiful and comes with plenty of opportunities to play table soccer/basketball etc. There are also additional pool toys available. Lastly, note there are a lot of mosquitos. Supermarkets are close by. Beach by car in around 20 min. All in all really great property to spend time with friends and relax.

Fantastic modern villa !
From the time we arrived at the villa, met by Katy, to our departure, we had a fantastic time. The house is modern, clean, spacious and was perfect for us. We were 2 families (5 kids & 4 adults). It had everything we expected and more. Really nice outdoor area and the saltwaterpool was great with depths going from 30cm til 170cm. Outdoor bbq perfect for making lunsj/dinner outdoors. This vila is highly recommended. We would go back anytime :-) Thanks Katy

Very nice house
We spent a week in this house. It is really confortable and exactly as shown on the pictures. The garden is beautiful.Beds are confortable too. Everything you need when you want to have a good time. The only point of attention is regarding the electricity. It is not included in the price. I understand that it’s to avoid people to spend to much electricity, and i think it is a good thing. But i found it was quite expensive. We knew we would have to pay for it, so again it was not a surprise, but for one week, i think it was a lot (165€ for 7 days (and we were really carefull !)). Probably some appliances in the house are really big consumers. Anyway, we spent a very good time, so I recommand.

We (6 adults in the family) stayed for a week during Christmas 2022. We had to figure things out for a good amount of time into the staying at the villa because the written instruction is not provided - still have not figured out how to light the fire outside next to outdoor chairs. It did not have enough hot water for more than two showers at a time. The additional electricity charge cost more than an additional night’s charge. The main sliding door handle to the pool is way too stiff to open. We recommend it fixed or replaced. We would rather have more essential stuff such as toilet papers, trash bags and cooking oil provided instead of the perk of candies/fruit. It was indeed a modern and clean place. However, the host could have been more clear in dealing with our issues. Written instruction is highly recommended for future guests to use the property.

Perfect family break!
Really well maintained property, perfect for family get away with adult kids and their partners, having 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and living space. A fantastic week
We came as two separate family’s and the place was perfect. All of the rooms are a great size with really good bathrooms. The place was immaculate and really well stocked, the pool was warm and we spent most of our days in it. It was easy access by car in to Alcudia and a nearby waterpark so we had a nice time exploring and then coming back to relax at the villa. We couldn’t fault it. Katy was always on hand to help if needed too. We would love to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay - fantastic host.
We had 22 days here in August and wish it had been longer. The villa is simply stunning - and was even better than we expected. All the rooms were great and had en suites. All were lovely and clean and with plenty of storage space. We had a few different family and friends stay over the holiday who all had a fantastic time. There was plenty of equipment to cook with when we are in and we were only 15 mins from Alcudia or Pollença if we wanted to go out so the location is perfect. You’re only five minutes from several supermarkets in Sa Pobla for supplies Katy Mary was a fantastic host who was always only a text message away if we had a question or needed help. The pool and hot tub are great and regularly cleaned. There’s also a games area in the garage for the kids to enjoy. We will hopefully be returning someday!

Wunderschöne große Villa
Wir haben wunderschöne, erholsame Tage in dieser schönen modernen Villa verbracht und der große Pool wurde sehr gern und fast rund um die Uhr genutzt 😂. Die Villa ist groß und total stylisch und die Zimmeraufteilung optimal. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Excellent Villa - perfect for a family
Perfect villa for our family holiday - spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool is ideal for young children under supervision as there is a large shallow area where they can happily play. The pictures truly reflect what you get - the best villa we have stayed in and will return. The owner is on hand when you need her.

Super Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Die Küche ist sehr groß sodass man sich mit mehreren Personen darin gut bewegen kann. Der Aussenbereich lädt auch zum verweilen ein. Die Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe mit Katymary war sehr angenehm. Sie ist eine super Vermieterin die sich umgehend um Probleme kümmert. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein Familienurlaub war geplant, nach kurzer Suche hatten wir die tolle Villa von Katymary gefunden. Der Kontakt vor Anreise war genial, bei Fragen kam in kurzer Zeit immer eine Antwort. Auch bei Anreise klappte die Kommunikation einwandfrei und wir konnten sogar vor Check In ins Haus. Hier hat uns Katymary empfangen, uns kurz eine Einweisung gegeben. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht die Villa war genauso wie auf den Bildern bzw. noch viel schöner. Ein großer Obstkorb und eine Auswahl von Getränken stand schon bereit, vielen Dank Katymary dafür. Alle Zimmer in der Villa sind geschmackvoll, modern ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ein Traum, gut ausgestattet und lässt ein gemeinsames Kochen zu, was einem Familienurlaub oder bei einem Urlaub für gemeinsame Freunde zu einem tollen Erlebnis wird. Nicht zu vergessen, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein Bad hat, welches für jeden ein Privatsphäre zu lässt. Der Aussenbereich lässt ein ein gemütliches Beisammensein zu, Sonnenliegen, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Gartenlounge, extra Sonnenschirm, Aussendusche und nochmal ein extra Duschbad in der Garage. Hier findet man Fahrräder, Dartscheibe, Tischtennisplatte, Fußballkicker und Basketballkorb. Nicht zu vergessen der tolle Pool, der beheizbar ist und es eine Abdeckung dafür gibt. Diesen haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Wir möchten die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Katymary für diesen tollen Urlaub, den wir in eurer Villa verbringen durften. Magnifique villa moderne confortable à conseiller !!!
Magnifique villa moderne superbement décorée, avec excellente literie dans 4 grandes chambres chacune avec salle de douche/wc, très belle piscine chauffée et jacuzzi. Katy et son mari sont des hôtes très accueillants et réactifs ! Séjour à 4 amies parfait. A conseiller sans hésitation !
