"Nous avons adoré le personnel de l'hôtel très gentil et toujours disponible. Nous avons moins aimé le lit et les oreillers (trop durs), mais c'est un choix personnel. Nous reviendrons certainement à cet hôtel car il est situé proche de la gare routière et du transport vers l'aéroport, mais aussi à quelques rues du centre-ville de Palma, des magasins, des restaurants et de tous les attraits touristiques de la ville.
