"I was looking for a place to stay for a hiking weekend and this fit the bill. It was clean and had a really great location. Owners had really quick, clear and efficient communication! I loved it and am looking forward to staying there again!"

"Stayed for a weekend for our annual hiking trip. Great location. Communication with host was easy. Place was clean. We didnt cook or use the tv at all (as we were out exploring!), but seemed like everything you could need was available. Plenty of parking. Only downside is that the walls are very thin. No fault to the hosts, but people above us were very loud - sounded like we had elephants stomping around and talking extremely loud above us at 230am. "

"Good place to stay, well placed to get to the dinner train and kancamagus highway. Fairly quiet. However, if you have trouble with sleeping due to noise, be aware that there are potentially people staying above you at this location."

"Clean, comfortable, convenient. All the amenities. Beautiful property with friendly owners next door. GPS took us to the house down the block. Only negative is that it’s so close to the highway, you hear the trucks and cars passing. Not a dealbreaker. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall accommodations were good. Only issue is that because it was warm and humid summer days and no air conditioning, had windows open at night for air and could hear noise from Hwy 93 just behind property."
