"One can tell someone did a lot of work on the hotel, but major issues remain! Cockroaches in the room, the smoke detector hanging by its wires, the sink falling out of its counter, the toilet rocking, a roll of toilet paper with only enough on it for one use and no spare, gunk on the wall by the bed, the TV difficult to see cause it is somehow being converted to an analog signal before being distributed, tiny towels that one can barely dry oneself with it. "My friend and I met in Livingston for our 50th High School Reunion. We wanted something quiet and accessible to town. This house is not only the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, but it was also superbly stocked with so many extras that a person may need away from home, we were pleasantly surprised. It is nicely furnished. Such a cute house!! I would give this house a 10 out of 10. Management definitely is in it for excellent customer service. We would book again! "

"My friend and I needed a base camp for a fishing trip on the Trinity River and a nice place to cook a nice dinner and relax at the end of the day. We were within 10 to 30 minutes of all the boat launches where we meet our guides, and came back to a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill to prepare a nice fresh fish dinner. We’d sit on the dock dunking worms to end each evening. We will be back!"
