The lounge has a double sofa-bed , which could potentially turn the lounge into a small 3rd bedroom for one extra person. The cottage is located at the bottom of the famous and beautiful Mermaid Street 2mn walk away. Parking is available right at the back of the house opposite the kitchen’s door using the app “park & pay” £5 per 24h ( no free parking in Rye). The house is also only a 5 mn walk from the train station and the only supermarket in town. We are very flexible with your check-in and check-out time.
