"The Policy from Expedia and front desk didn’t match. Front desk didn’t explain to me check out time and breakfast that was free. Only certain items were free for breakfast so they charge me. I went based off what I saw on Expedia when I booked check out time was at noon (12) and free breakfast. Front desk lady was very annoyed. Amazing and unforgettable stay

"It was such amazing stay. We will come back very soon and as often as we will be able to do it. Thank you Patrick, Nshuti, Angelic, the Chef and all the staff in general. We need to buy now a 4 x 4 car especially for our upcoming stays at Palega Beach Inn !! "

Superb setting, tough access road

"The setting of the hotel is superb – nice beach (the water has great mineral quality to it), different walks at the door step (Congo-Nile trail or lakeside paths, coffee washing station nearby is great to visit). The food is excellent (from the local vegetable and fruit garden) and rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The downsides are 11 km of dirt track in poor condition (allow extra 10-15 min relative to google maps estimate) and rooms can be too warm at night (24C at night, no aircon) "
