We booked this apartment 3.5 months in advance. Initially, I didn’t realize that all communications were coming from VRBO, with no correspondence from the owner. A week before our trip, VRBO sent a reminder about our upcoming stay, which made me feel assured that everything was set. However, three days before our trip, I reached out to the owner for check-in details but did not receive a response. I then contacted customer service, who provided me with the owner's phone number. Unfortunately, neither my calls nor those from customer service were answered. We never received any arrival information, and ultimately had to cancel our trip. Finding accommodation near the Killington ski resort just two days before December 27th is not feasible.

I had booked this vacation last minute to bring 4 children to the Killington Cup. I messaged the host multiple times and never received a response. I then had to contact VRBO multiple times and they were also not able to reach the host. I did not actually stay at the location as I could not reach the host and no check in information was provided. Should you try to book this make sure you get in touch with them before your stay. Good Luck

This was very spacious. I think you could have a nice sized group here comfortably. 4-6. The area around the property is a bit run down. Thr property owner did not send instructions to enter prior to arrival, but responded quickly and we were inside within 10 min. The wifi password would not work, so we used cell and downloaded movies nearby to watch on Kindle. The main bedroom was large with a couch or maybe a futon. There was a stove, full fridge, washer and dryer, microwave. I did not see a toaster nor coffee maker, which is all i would have used anyway. There were pots and pans and cups and plates. There is baseboard heat for the 2 bedrooms and bath with thermostat in the main bedroom. The dining area, kitchen, living room were all heated with a portable heater / ac unit. I did have to empty the water bin 2x to keep it working and I saw thr Cf clean filter alert before I left. Although i stayed 2 consecutive nights, there was no discount on the cleaning or service charge. I ended up paying $400 for 2 nights, if space and clean is your primary concern, then this is a great value. If you are more concerned with being closer to businesses, this might not be for you. There is a pizza place and a laundromate within walking distance and a Stewarts Shop if you want to go a little further. There is also a balcony area where you can see yhe neighborhood, but theres not much of thr mountains that you can glimpse from here. Wife was not impressed.
