"If you are looking at this place, ask for the Harrod room. Kingsize bed and big bathroom with a stand alone roll top bath and separate shower. If you were a romantic couple, you wouldn’t leave this room. Comfortable Bar area and small restaurant with a full menu from Tuesday to Sunday. Pizza night on a Monday. Excellent parking. There is some road noise but it’s Ok. "

"We had an amazing stay. It had everything we needed for a night. There were board games and plenty of books to keep you entertained. The bathroom was very tidy and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The details of the property added extra comfort too. We were visiting Stamford so it was an easy 15min drive through countryside. The owner was super friendly, very communicative and attentive. Thank you again! "

"Firstly, i paid Over the phone and upon arrival i was Told that the old management took my payment and that i had To pay another £90. They said they would send me a email explaining what had happened however i have Never received this. Secondly my 15 year old brother lifted his mattress as we could smell something and it smelt like sewage. It got to 2 in the morning and the room next to us were partying all night. There were stains on the walls, stains on the carpets the rooms smelt like damp...

"Really nice place and will stay again. Only there for a short time. Comfy bed and very peaceful. Monday night, food last orders at 6:45 due to early close. Excellent breakfast!!! "

"Small car park big enough for 2 cars there's a back road you can park on. But there was a confusion on the room booked but got there in the end. Room up a flight of stairs All information is given when in the room. Room of good size has a sloping roof as an attic room. Bathroom is a good size The bed was comfy enough, the only thing was the duvet wasn't long enough so my feet stuck out. I'm only 5'11! Shower was very hot, took some twisting to get any cold though. "The shower head was covered in limescale and the silicone sealant mouldy, and the toilet rocked a little when you sit on it, the bedroom was spotless though, the staff lovely and the food was good! "
