It was very humid in the building, when we got to the room it was cool but had a musty odor. It appeared clean enough but the first morning i woke up at 5am for work and killed about 7 baby roaches..2 on the hall wall and the others in the bathroom. Later that day we checked out but was not offered money back and we had prepaid 3 nights only stayed 1.

The first night I was placed on the second floor directly above the sliding glass door entering the hotel so before 5 AM the next morning I heard the door opening and closing every time someone went in and out of the hotel. I requested a different room for the second night, letting the staff know that I would not be returning to the hotel until after 9 PM. When I returned at 9 PM my room was not ready and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the new room. The new room had a dirty bathroom floor as well as mildew and open food in the refrigerator , and the carpet in front of the air conditioner was completely saturated with water. The front desk was not helpful. They gave me an incorrect email address to contact the manager and the phone directly to the hotel did not work upon my arrival and as I try to contact them a week later, it still does not work or accept calls.

The staff was very friendly. Repairs being done to hotel were apparent. The room seemed to be very clean however, there was still used soap in the shower. Overall, I would stay here again.

room was dirty and sheets were dirty! Stuff left in the fridge. They said they would clean it up. Left and came back and sheets were still dirty and stuff still left in the fridge. Also the phone lines were down on the whole property. I’m supposed to get a full refund. Still waiting on that.

The room smelled of mildew, probably because the bath tub was completely stopped up. The shower head was loose and sprayed water everywhere. The elevator was loud and rough and dirty. It was apparently the last room or I would have asked to be moved. The front desk person was nice, though

Arrived to check in my room and shower was backed up and air not working properly so I had to move to another room and the pool wasn’t available said they found chemicals in swimming pool earlier on Also the elevator was not functioning properly

We arrived at around 7:30pm. Staff was sitting in lobby on his phone. He seemed to have difficulty checking us in. Our room was on the first hallway off the lobby. There was a young man at the end of the hall and there were large piles of linens outside of rooms down the hall including some wet rags right outside our room and our room door was slightly open. One of the light bulbs in bedside lamp was out and the room fridge did not work. We let the employee know these two things before going to dinner. When we returned, the 2nd bulb was out and the TV would not work, it appeared to needed to be programmed to connect to Direct TV? The next morning when asking for a hair dryer ( room was missing it) I mentioned the other items wrong in the room which got no response from the am employee . My guess is they are having difficulty finding employees? Both employees spoke less then 4 words total to us. The property looked new and not run down at all.

Their pool wasn’t working and didn’t tell me until after we paid at check in. It looks like they have halfway tried to update some rooms but it’s half ass work and Sheetrock everywhere in the halls and shop vac where they tried to clean stuff up. I was extremely disappointed and when I asked about help with accommodating the room price for all the issues they told me it wasn’t their fault corporate doesn’t update the sight and had I known I wouldn’t have booked there.

To start with, the key system for the hotel was broken and the staff had to escort me to my room. The internet system was broken. The telephone system was broken. The pool area was discussing and the pool itself was green!!! Will stay an another Comfort Inn period. In fact I believe that Expedia owes me the difference in what I supposed to be charged and the actual cost of moving to another hotel.

Staff was cordial and aimed to please. Upon arrival, I needed to go to the lobby bathroom. It was unclean, unkempt and a whole toilet was missing, with an out of order sign on the door. Sponges and some more articles covered the open hole. The bathroom door had some sort of wooden prop in it. I thought to check my room prior to taking my clothes up. The elevator was all rusted around the bottom and floor was dirty. Something on the floor that looked like dog food remained there for my 2 night stay. Upon arrival to the room, all surfaces were dirty and needed cleaning. No shower curtain. When staff came up bring the curtain, I asked about cleaning the dirty surfaces. The young man was cordial and assisted promptly. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The fridge was on an uneven surface and the door was hard to open. No one came to clean the room or replace towels. I had to go and get some. Again, the staff was cordial. However, 2 of the 4 face towels that I received during my stay were dirty and mangled. If my reservation had been refundable, I would have left and rented another room. I was very dissatisfied with this property and conditions.

Front desk clerk was awesome! That’s about it. Room had broken toilet seat, filthy tub & open toilet paper roll on the bed. Requested another room, but they were full. Got a refund & moved on. Property is run down. Needs attention all around.
