"I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help...

"Property was as described. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was very quiet. The bedroom had a locking door, shower water was warm and plentiful."

"Clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location with easy access to downtown and most major destinations.Nice view of the river from the deck."

"Just stayed for the night with a flight out the next morning but the place was clean and updated. Would definitely stay again. The pool area was huge and having the tiki bar right on the property was a plus. "

"Close to everything, clean and comfortable. "

"Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"Mofe is a welcoming and considerate host. The home is 100 years old and has some quirks, which I love. I've started traveling with an extension cord which comes in handy in older homes where outlets are not as frequent and/or easy to access as newer builds. It's very well equipped and has a wonderful deck attached. Only wish it had a bit warmer so I could have enjoyed it more. Thanks again, Mofe!"

"Comfortable, clean but small. Owners were on site and so very kind, helpful and welcoming. Saw dolphins right off the dock! Had the pool to ourselves! We enjoyed our stay!"

"Arrived @ 3:00.Neighborhood wasnt safe in daylight.Broken glass in street where we had to park.People openly doing drugs across the street.Host was on property.He was unaware it had been rented.He informed that camper hadnt been cleaned & wed have to wait for him to clean.Inside, ants & gnats all over, urine stains on bathroom walls, pink stuff growing on shower, a stinky smell & it was hot.Didnt feel/look clean.When we tried to leave, handle to the door wouldnt open.After attempting to get out...

"Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. "

"It was just a short jaunt to downtown St petersburg. Good for 1 or 2 people for a short stay. Would give it a #5 for ease of stay. Host was very responsive with any questions. VERY accomodating!"

"I booked what I thought was a hotel room with free breakfast but was told booked a condo and had to pay 10 if I wanted breakfast. Turns out a condo is a hotel room with 2 beds and a frig and microwave in the bathroom. If you needed extra soap, TP, Kleenex or fresh towels or your room cleaned there was a charge really!!! only saving grace was the bar located behind the property. The location was good and the pool nice. As fir customer service poor as i waited and waited and waited to ask...
