"The hotel and pub staff were very helpful and very accommodating when we requested something. They allowed us to check in early which was helpful, but that might have impacted the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe if they had more time, the rooms would have been more thoroughly cleaned. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. "

"The pub is fantastic, one of the best we visited in Dublin! The room was clean and very nice. The staff were very nice as well. I’m giving it 2/5 stars because we had no hot water (shower) for 3 days, and upon trying to get it resolved, nobody helped or did anything. Otherwise, it would have been a good stay. "

I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. "We had a wonderful stay at the Ruby Molly Hotel in Dublin. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed—sleek without feeling cold. I especially appreciated how quiet and calm the location was; it’s just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to feel peaceful, yet still within easy walking distance to everything you’d want to see or do. The Irish breakfast was absolutely delicious—hearty and satisfying, the perfect start to a day of exploring. And right across the street is a charming little bakery that makes the best cardamom knots I’ve ever had. The area felt safe at all hours, which made coming and going stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dublin—it’s stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located."
