"All the staff were very nice and warm and made us feel very welcomed. Starting from the manager, Kai, who checked us in and explained everything about the property to us, to the service staff who brought us water, the staff who started the fire in our room and the the waiter who served us during the meals. Small touches like cleaning up our boots and loaning us the gaiters. Chef coming out to ask what we liked. Really appreciate Ed"

"I loved this place—prolific bird life in the garden, including sunbirds. Good restaurant with a view. Friendly and helpful staff. Better priced than similar venues. "

"The staff went out of their way to be helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable with beautiful plants outside the door. I enjoyed the breakfast with so many choices and the dinners were also delicious. I plan to stay at 5 Swiss again next year when I return to Rwanda."

"Lovely and large room with king bed and a fire place. Ensuite was also large. They also put hot water bottles in our bed at turn down - such a lovely gesture. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Food good and fresh too. We also saw a Golden Monkey there too. Nb. Worth noting that the laundry service doesn’t include ironing/pressing."

"This hotel is absolutely horrible! It is incredibly overpriced, at the same rate as a Luxury Hotel, but they have service comparable to a Motel in Rural Alabama. They don't have a restaurant, they have a cafeteria with a fixed menu. The portions are tiny (cheap) and I left each meal still feeling hungry. They do not have internet in the Rooms. They do not stock their minibar. Half of the electrical outlets in each room do not work. The entrance of each room is accessed through a back alley...

"This property was great! I enjoyed all the staff especially the manager Thomas. He made everything was taken care of. This hotel was walking distance to the best restaurants. I came up sit but it was a hospital right on site and a pharmacy. "
