"The apartment is small but well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the shower hot. We appreciated the electric heater when central heating didn’t quite do the trick. I would recommend the apartment."

"We loved our stay here. The street is bustling and fun, but once you are in the apartment everything is quiet and calm. The kitchen space is so nice. We all gathered there nightly for our meal and to plan the next day's adventures. "

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. "Our group needed a place to stay for a few days of fun at Disney Paris as well as a traveling into Paris to see the sights. The apartment was a great location, less than a 1 km walk to the Bussy-Saint-Georges RER Station and the amazing local boulangerie for breakfast! "Super host! Clean place, and get location"

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "My family of four was very comfortable here! The location is great to so many metro lines and easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower. There are many amazing dining options within walking distance as well. My only critique would be the comfort of the bed. The mattress was very hard and the sheet situation was not quite what I am used to at hotels. We would definitely stay again!"

Ticked all the boxes.

"It ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. We loved the fact that we could help ourselves to proper tea - loose tea leaves of all flavours - and coffee in the self-service section and they had some cake slices too, so after a day out it was great to relax. We loved the room layout. The loo was in a separate room, which was far nicer and it meant that we weren't in each others way. The shower was visible, but as we are a couple that wasn't an issue. The rooms are not big, but they have everything in them that you need. they are well designed. We needed to be near the train station, so it was ideal. We will definitely be going back."
