"After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned. "This is a charming and warm historical property and well worth my visit for the one night. I stayed here. The family is warm and caring and makes my trip so much more enjoyable as I sit in their backyard amongst fields of agricultural pursuits with wheat and other products in the process of growing, the sounds of songbirds and the neighboring roosters which did not make any sound thank God last night or this morning along with the hen add to the wonderful ambience. I am delighted I stayed here....

"Very close to downtown, liaising with staff via Whatsapp always got a friendly answer. Parking on Via Terranuova always available and safe. Café Mio is just a few steps away. City’s Main attractions on 5-7 walking distance. "

"Lovely little oasis in Ferrara. Very friendly welcome. Our room was spacious, air conditioned and had a balcony area with seating. Parking was through secure gates within the garden and was free. A bit of a walk into town but doable. Free bicycles if you wanted. Ferrara is very much a cycling town! "

The wifi didn't work in my room and it wasn't quite as clean as one would expect. Still, a great deal for the location (and Ferrara in general) if you're just looking for a place to crash. "
