"Very nice view and nice apartment. Elie was friendly and provided immediate help for check in. The apartment however was very dirty, dust was everywhere, we couldn't even walk on the floor without feeling all the dust everywhere and on surfaces. The beds were very uncomfortable and made noise every time we made a small move or sat on them. No ACs in the flat is an issue in the summer for sure. "Quaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again. "
