"Skønt hotel hvor hele familien kan være samlet i en lejlighed. Hvis der skal være noget negativ er det sengetøjet larmer. Det er lidt irriterende når så mange sover tæt og nogle mere lydfølsomme end andre. Men kommer helt sikkert igen."

"Had the indignity of sleeping on soiled mattresses. My previous experience of Novasol customer service following cancellations of my original booking was extremely negative. Hence no point in contacting Novasol about the problem. I have the same opinion about Vbro so won't be using your services ..."
