However, it was very hot in the room and we couldn't find a way to turn down the heat. It was too noisy from the street outside to sleep with the windows open even though we were on the 9th floor."

"Room was small and hard to walk around bed as mattress platform stuck out beyond mattress and you could not walk around it without catching your leg or foot on very sharp corners-very bad design. My husband hit it twice and I hit it. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows had smell. When we got to room cups in bathroom were dirty and lite was out over vanitory. Tub in room was very high which made it unsafe to get in and out for shower. Shower stall would have been so much better. Staff was...
