Driving in winter also was not a problem at all. All roads are well maintained with good access to all the highlights around kuusamo and Ruka. Will book again."

"Lots of skii routes and easy access to the lifts. Great place to skii from January to April. You can also go and see the northern lights in the area since its right on the border or the arctic circle."

"We stayed 3 nights at the end of May 2023 and were there to participate in the NUTS Karhunkierros ultra Trail event. The apartment was cosy, clean and calm. The only thing the owner should consider is adding some light-blocking curtains to the bedrooms. There is no night in Ruka at this time of the year and it’s very difficult to get a good sleep in a bedroom with daylight conditions. Otherwise all good."

"Mökki oli kuvatun lainen ja siistissä kunnossa saapuessamme. Paikka oli toimiva ja kolme tarjottua huonetta käytännöllisiä ja sopivasti varusteltuja. Sauna ja kylpyhuone olivat myös toimivat ja siistit. Takapihalla / terassilla oli kuitenkin melko paljon roskaa, vaikka lumien lähdöstä oli toukokuun lopussa jo yli kuukausi(?). Autonlatauspistoke parkkipaikan vieressä toimi hienosti, tämä pitäisi nykypäivänä olla vakiovaruste, vaikka sitten maksullisena."

"Huoneistossa oli sokeritoukkia. Muuten yleisilme oli siisti ikäänsä nähden. Parkkipaikat pitäisi olla paremmin valvottuja, ei saatu autoa huoneiston eteen omalle paikalle parkkiin kun autot pysäköity miten sattuu."

"It was very nice to have a floor heating system in the toilet. Also the location is perfect if you are going to ski and snowboard! Friendly and helpful staff members! The bus connection to the airport worked well. Only thing we were missing, was a toaster and a spatula."
