Perfect Getaway location
We celebrated my daughter’s 14th bday and the cabin was perfect and cozy. We came in during a snowstorm, so my vehicle couldn’t make it up the hill about .03 mile away. We parked down the hill at a hotel and walked the rest of the way. The cabin was nice and warm but a rug should be at the front door to not track in snow/dirt. We used a towel. The kitchen was stocked well, dishes a little dirty from previous users but we just washed them. The kids loved the loft. I would definitely use this location again.

The cabin was so clean and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. With deer and woods all around if was such a beautiful scenery! The back patio gave the perfect touch for the just right experience we were looking for! Check it was extremely easy and so was check out! We will definitely rent from Hummingbird again!

Nothing fancy but a nice little property
Property was clean, only a few negatives. I would suggest adding some silverware as there was only 2 forks. Kind of tough when you have 4 people. Beds upstairs were 2 full size and not the best quality. The other amenities were good. Thanks for letting us stay at your property.

Great stay for the price!
As a young family we don't get many chances to get away and enjoy time together. The cabin was perfect for our family of 4 and gave us a feel of being out in the wilderness without being completely outside of town. Loved seeing the wild horses, elk and deer from the balcony and enjoying the cool nights you only get in the mountains.

Great Cabin and location
The location of the cabin was perfect. We went for a family reunion and a chance to get out of the Phoenix heat. We enjoyed the deer that came up to the cabin and our family reunion was just a couple of miles from where it was. Shopping is close by And the cabin was beautiful. Just a couple of notes though. The beds upstairs are not queens. They are full-size. The upstairs area is very small and hard to move around in. If you try to sleep two people per bed you’re going to hit your head. For overall cleanliness, I would only give the cabin three stars. Some of the dishes were very dirty and the cabinet over the stove left Grease on my fingers when I opened it. There were items underneath one of the beds upstairs left by a previous renter. The cleaning staff definitely doesn’t clean underneath anything. Other than that the fact that there were two bathrooms was a huge plus. The location is close enough to town to be extremely convenient yet far enough away to make you feel, like you are far back in the mountains. It was absolutely beautiful. (the cabin itself, as well as the land around it.) Even though there was those few cleaning issues I would still stay there again. Overall, I would say it is a great place to stay..

Minor concerns
Overall a beautiful place. Only majorly thing was the oven doesn’t work. You can turn on the gas but it won’t light- a fire hazard. The cookware, knives could be updated.

Quiet neighborhood and nice place.
Worked very well for my stay. There are a few thing that need attention, like toaster over missing interior tray. Welcome binder information isn't accurate for this property. TV had "VERY" limited channels. A few extra changes would justify a few a slightly extra per day cost.

Nice but older
The cabin is very outdated with carpet in the bathroom. The dishes are old and not a full set. There were no cleaning supplies ( ie broom or pot scrubber). We did find someone else’s clothing behind the dresser...... They advertised a kuerig but there was only an older coffee pot. Not coffee or filters. The furniture on the back deck was limited and old. Thank goodness we brought our own camp chairs The location is excellent and the cabin is nice but the furnishings need to be updated There were chairs but they were Quite unstable. Not worth the price we paid for a long weekend. This could be an awesome place with just a little update

Cute and cozy but not ideal for summer months.
The location was very easy to find and not very difficult to drive up to. The cabin itself was cozy and had space for my small family to be comfy and the backyard deck was nice also. Wish I had known there would be no A/C. After a day in the sun coming home to a cabin that was 80+ degrees was miserable and there was only one ceiling fan and a small portable fan. Sure it’s great for winter months but the heat really put a damper on our stay.

Rustic cabin
We enjoyed our stay.... nice cabin but no air conditioning. I had to by a fan for the master bedroom as they didn’t have one. This cabin needs updating. Blinds in bedroom are broken. Carpet in bathroom is very old. Also this cabin does not have regular plates. The futon in living area is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. There is no internet at all. The location is ok but not close to downtown. I won’t stay there again mainly due to no air conditioning.
