Stayed at pine cliff village for our 2 day weekend family trip. Room was nice and clean.living room TV needed an update beds were nice and comfortable overall it was a good experience for the price we paid we will be coming back here for our future trips to Ruidoso.

This was a nice place to stay my kids enjoyed it. Good space for 3 kids to run around. We got a 2 bedroom with 1 queen and 2 twin and also a full size in the living room couch

The room was a biy dated and the bed could use new sheets, The condo was in very slight dis -repair , but I believe the price point more than compensated for the small iscomforts.... Overall- clean friendly and bice . I would do it again!!!

Needs some updating. Bed was uncomfortable, deck needs paint, toilet had to be plunged after every use. Staff was very friendly and good and the unit was very clean.
