Our downstairs 700sqft Apartment size cabin secluded in a QUIET FULLY PRIVATE location .Includes 2 large cable led TV's . SPA/hot tub,fireplace and forced air heating with 1400.00 BTU 2 ROOM AIR CONDITIONING.NO CLEANING FEE .NO OTHER GUEST
. Soft hot water. (tankless). 12 mins away from downtown & ski area. The View the best in Ruidoso. large patio area. Basketball court .Private secure parking area. Access to built- in BBQ and large deck. 3 casinos and racetrack all 15mins away. WFi included. salt water purification for soft shower. DVD movies ,purified drinking water and coffee included.Our quest said pictures do not give the scenic panoramic view justice. NO stairs or steps to climb. GATED concrete patio. Awesome place!
Such a great place for a relaxing stay for two. Great location and close proximity to Ruidoso and Ski Apache. Views were awesome and the actual place was better than the pics on the website. Definitely on our list for a return trip.

We enjoyed our stay, and Armando was very nice. We ran out of propane for the grill, I texted Armando and he was there with a full bottle with in a few minutes. We will definitely will be staying again.

What a great & friendly place to stay! We had such a lovely visit for July 4th weekend 2024 (no fires or floods - don't listen to the news reports). This place exceeded our expectations in every way. It is super comfortable, quiet and offered everything we needed. What truly stood out was our host Armando. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We can't wait to go back during the winter months. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I loved our stay! It's so quiet and peaceful. We loved seeing the elk and deer roam outside. Plus it was close to everything to enjoy about Ruidoso. Definitely would stay again if given the chance.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
