Sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Nur die Beleuchtung im Bad ist mangelhaft. Es ist sehr dunkel. Die Lampe über dem Waschbecken ist anscheinend nur zur Dekoration. Würde die funktionieren, wäre es ok. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem bestückt, was man benötigt. Der Wasserkocher sollte in der Küchenausstattung noch erwähnt werden. Weil er nicht erwähnt war und auch auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen war, habe ich meinen eigenen mitgenommen.

Große, geräumige Fewo mit allem was man braucht
Wohnung 8 ist direkt unter dem Dach und ist sehr geräumig. Trotz Sommerhitze war die Wohnung sehr angenehm kühl. 5 Leute haben hier genug Platz und Raum. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig 8 min zum Bahnhof und Ruhpolding Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Nur der Duschkopf und der Fernseher sollten mal erneuert werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen.

Vorab. Wir sind nicht besonders pingelig, bes. aus Skandinavien viel gewöhnt und waren hauptsächlich wandern/klettern. Positiv: - Sauberkeit - sehr freundliche Verwalterin - Ruhpolding fußläufig zu erreichen Negativ: - sehr harte Matratzen im Hauptschlazimmer - kleines Zimmer ist winzig ( eher Kammer) - Balken in ca. 1,60m Höhe im Randbereich der Wohnung, dadurch viel nicht nutzbarer Raum (50% des Bades, 3er Sofa, Geschirrschrank etc.) - "sehr spezieller" Nachbar

Vorab: alles was wir beworben und wir waren mit allem absolut zufrieden. Positiv: - Sehr stabiles W-LAN (Homeoffice-geeignet). - Gut ausgestattete Küche - Top Lage (1 Min zum Bach und Radweg, 5 Min zu Fuß zum Zentrum, alles Fußläufig erreichbar) Negativ: - Keine Chiemgau-Karte, nur normale Gästekarte - 2. Stock und nur über Wendeltreppe erreichbar - Info zu Schlüsselübergabe war falsch (statt unter angegebener Adresse in anderem Ortsteil wird dieser direkt an der Wohnung übergeben).

Bis auf die doch sehr harten Betten gab es nichts auszusetzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Schlüsselhalterin. Man sollte wissen, dass zwei Treppen nach oben in die Wohnung zu bewältigen sind. Unsere Einschätzung: Empfehlenswert
