Es war eine schöne Wohnung, mit Tiefgarage und einem Aufzug und einem schönen Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht. Ich möchte hier aber nichts negatives schreiben, aber die ein oder andere Bewertung von 2018 oder 2020 ist leider immer noch nicht behoben, das lässt eine gewisse Ignoranz Seites des Vermieters vermuten. Es ist halt wie beim Fußball, nach dem Mieter ist vor dem Mieter.

Winterurlaub in Ruhpolding
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet! Sie ist in perfekter Lage, so das man am Abend auch gut zufuss in den Ort zum Essen laufen kann. Man läuft ca 10 - 15min in den Ortskern, wo im Winter auf viele verschiedene Veranstaltungen sind. Was nicht gut war ist, das die Chiemgau-Karte nicht mehr dabei ist! Was bedeutet, man muss im Ort für das Schwimmen jetzt bezahlen und auch für die ganzen Bergbahnen und das wird teuer!

Unterkunft Ruhpolding, Bibelöd 24
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, bietet viel Platz und genügend Stauraum für Gepäck. Des weiteren verfügt das Gebäude über einen Fahrstuhl. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Positiv: Ruhige Lage, gute Betten, Küche gut ausgestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz sowie Aufzug. Negativ: Dusche: Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Duschgel, Shampoo etc. Schimmel in Fliesenfugen, verdreckte Kalkablagerungen an Duschkabine. Ab- fluss sehr schlecht. Wenn die Mängel im Bad beseitigt sind, ist die Wohnung durchaus empfehlenswert.

Super Aufenthalt! Kommen gerne wieder
Die Lage ist in einem tollen nicht allzu großem Ort in den Alpen. Züge und Busse kann man im Umkreis kostenlos nutzen. Der Haltestelle für den Zug ist direkt um die Ecke. Ein Spielplatz auch. Man kann in der Tiefgarage parken&im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Strand bei Übersee am Chiemsee&in Seebruck. Beide sind flach abfallend mit Sand. Man kann auch Boote und SUP mieten. Der Königssee ist sehr zu empfehlen, mit der Gondel auf den Jenner, mit dem Schiff nach Salet-Obersee

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Ruhpolding. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und top ausgestattet. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Das Haus und die Umgebung ist super gepflegt. Vielen Dank auch an die nette Gastgeberin für die sehr guten Ausflugstipps. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Ruhpolding
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Ruhpolding, sie ist prima ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad Ruhpolding und die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, haben viele Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Dafür vielen Dank!
