Each apartment has its own basement room with washing machine and dryer, storage room for bicycles and a reserved underground parking space.
2-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and cable TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (120 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, telephone, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 14. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The telephone for free calls to the German landline. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Erholsame Tage
Wir habe eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung angetroffen. Extrem breite und bequeme Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, viel Platz, ein Balkon, es fehlte uns an nichts. Für uns und unsere Unternehmungen lag die Wohnung optimal. Eine Tiefgarage mit Aufzug, sehr praktisch. Wir können die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

moderne Fewo mit TG-Stellplatz u. Aufzug
Hierbei handelt es sich um eine modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Fewo im 2 Stock eines größeren Mehrparteien-Haus Man schätzt die kurzen Wege beim Kommen und Gehen mittels Aufzug vom/zum Auto in der Tiefgarage. Sogar eine Waschmaschine u. Trockner stehen zur kostenlosen Nutzung Verfügung. Leider lässt der Balkon keine große Aussicht auf die Berge zu, da sich gegenüber der Wohnung ein baugleiches Haus befindet. In der Fewo fanden wir, was die Utensilien betrifft, alles benötigte vor.

Geräumige, gepflegte Ferienwohnung
nach herzlicher Begrüßung durch die Vor-Ort-Zuständigen haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Genug Stauraum in allen Zimmern um Mitgebrachtes unterzubringen, sowie genug Kleiderbügel, dass nicht oft so ist. Die Wo. ist nicht verwohnt, alles hat funktioniert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung in der 2. Etage. KüchehatVollausstattung.Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung. 2x Flachbildschirm, 1xPlaystation mit Spiele. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz in Hauseiger Tiefgarage. Zugang von Tiefgarage zur Wohnung über Aufzug oder Treppenhaus möglich. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Für den Zeitraum des Aufenthaltes gab es die Gästekarte von Ruhpolding, dadurch vergünstigte Eintritte und kostenfreie oder vergünstigte Fahrten mit dem ÖPNV.

Achtung: Bettwäsche mitnehmen
Mit dem meisten konnte ich mich gut arrangieren. Aussicht: mittlerweile leider alles sehr verbaut. SZ: Federbett der einfachsten Art. Bettwäsche 100% Polyester. Schwitzen garantiert! Besser eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen und lieber ein großes Spannbetttuch billig kaufen, als für diese Bettwäsche zu bezahlen. Übergardinen: kompliziert zu bedienen. Ohne ging auch nicht, weil keine Jalousien vorhanden und ansonsten freier Einblick von gegenüber. Lage: 1 Min. zu Traunauen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung hatten wir für 1 Woche gemietet. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Die Übergabe von der örtlichen Verwalterin, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind wirklich außergewöhnlich top!! Davon sollten sich viele andere Anbieter eine Scheibe abschneiden!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur 5 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Durch dir Tiefgarage gelangt man mit dem Aufzug zur Wohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Aber es ist trotzdem zu Fuß alles erreichbar, was man braucht. Die Übergabe durch die Verwalterin hat super und total unkompliziert geklappt. Drei Daumen hoch...
