"Our stay here was very nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaints were the fact that we could very clearly hear and smell our neighboring unit, and despite the door to the bedroom having a lock, the door would not latch due to there being too big of a gap between the door and the frame. "

"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. "We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!"
