"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "Sehr modernes, neuwertiges kleines Hotel. Allerdings alles sehr dunkel (schwarze Wände, wenig Licht). Frühstück nicht inklusive und im Restaurant zu teuer. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Für Hotelgäste ein vergünstigtes Frühstück im Restaurant."

"Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Woche in Presseck. Allerdings mit ein paar Abstrichen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind vielleicht etwas für Kinder, für Erwachsene überhaupt nicht geeignet. Durchgelegen, knarzend, quitschend und zu klein. Das ganze Haus knarzt bei der kleinsten Bewegung, bei den ganzen Durchgangszimmern sehr ungünstig für jeden Schlaf. Es gibt kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, auch keine Streuer dafür, keinen Mixer, keine Mikrowelle, keine Bürste, keinen Schwamm, keine Stühle, keine "Möbel"...
