"I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself."

"Joe and I had a wonderful stay at The Shed. The space and size were perfect and exactly what we were looking for in a English countryside cottage stay. The bed was comfortable. We spent plenty of time in the cozy living room reading and relaxing. The kitchen was serviceable. The heaters took a bit of time to get going but they put out plenty of heat to keep the space warm. "The apartment was very close to all bath attractions. The main upstairs room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The three basement rooms smelled quite musty and the noise from the road outside did bother them. Having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. "A great property, well equipped and well situated with good dining options a short walk away. Our stay was detracted by no welcome booklet (last guest spilt something on it), one bed not usable (dirty sheets) and a lack of communicated via online portal. We would definitely give it another go in the future those as are relatively easy fixes."

"We had 3 nights at the house and it was perfect for our group of 8. 4 adults, 4 children and a dog. The kids loved the hot-tub and the MUGA."

I appreciated all the soap, washing up liquid, loo roll, etc. that was there, as well as the welcome milk in the fridge. "This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. "A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "
