"A thoroughly relaxing and beautiful place that's in need of a little bit of off-season repair. The property is set high up in a peaceful and well-maintained enclosure. From parking the car, there is good few steps up to the chalet and it's fantastic position overlooking the most spectacular sea and mountain views. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

The other main issue was that the pool is up steep steps to the upper level and is overlooked by the owner. "Fantasitc property backing onto the sea. Direct access to sea was a joy. Garden area is so nice its tempting to go nowhere else! If you like swimming and snorkeling and relaxing, this is ideal. Giorgio provided excellent advice and assistance on the app. Property was very well equipped and comfortable. Only downside was that eating out in locale was quite expensive. Local supermarket also very expensive but if you drive 8km you can get incredible quality food and drink at Supermarkets like any...

"Fantastic stay. The place is bigger and nicer then what we thought from pictures. Location is great with a short walk to the very nice beach, preferred by the kids from all the beaches in the area. Quiet and calm in the evening. BBQ is excellent and we grilled ever other night. The pool is big enough and very warm. Would gladly come again."
