"Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. "

"My stay at Gorilla Valley Lodge was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the gardens and properties are beautiful with views overlooking the forest (including the mountain where we did our gorilla trek!). The restaurant area sits atop a hill overlooking a valley with 360 views of the mountains and scenery. The entire property is very peaceful and the restaurant served a three-course meal every evening. The rooms were clean with little welcoming touches when we arrived....

"This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We liked it so much that even though we had booked another hotel we decided to stay here. It was on the pricey side but so worth it! I wouldn't think twice about coming back. Jude the manager was excellent very friendly as well as all the entire staff. The food was great, and the room was clean, big and comfortable. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I hope we can come back one day and don't think twice about going there you will...
