"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"

"We booked the unit the day before arrival and Gabriella was very welcoming and responsive. The unit is as advertised, in a great location, especially if you are in town for the car factory tours. "Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!"

"This is a great location if you would like to visit car country. We visited Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini and Maserati. We even got in a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory visit."

"My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice."
