In the large open living room with gallery you can meet or spend some cozy evenings in the company of loved ones. The apartment is simple and partly furnished in the style of the penultimate turn of the century. There are many loving details. At the house is a shared garden with a pond (also suitable for swimming), a small football field and a fireplace available. Holiday: The 270m² apartment consists on the ground floor of a large living room with open kitchen island, a large dining table, 2 smaller dining areas, a billiard area, a cozy sitting area on Bullerjan stove and 2 bathrooms (2x shower / WC). But there is no TV. Familienferien
Sehr abwechslungsreich, vielseitige Möglichkeiten, schöne große Wiese zum Spielen. Durch den zentralen großen Raum sehr verbindend im Kontakt mit den Anwesenden. Man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen oder Wegfahren. Das Dorf hat keinen Laden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit 15 Personen gereist und es hat uns an nix gefehlt. Wolgast und Greifswald sind relativ schnell zu erreichen und die strandbäder auf der Insel sind auch in ca. 30 bis 60 minuten erreichbar. Die Verwalter sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen absolut erholsammen Urlaub.

Familienurlaub - die Zweite
Durch angeordnete Reiseverbote in 2021 konnten wir nun im zwieten Anlauf unseren Familienurlaub angehen. Wir waren drei Familien und zwei Großeltern. Die Freude war riesig, da wir uns nach langer Zeit wieder mal treffen konnten. Die Unterkunkft ist dafür perfekt. Der große Aufenthaltsraum ermöglicht ein stetiges miteinander, welches sich aber gut entzerrt, da die verschiedenen Ecken und Plätze zum verweilen einladen. Neben Skat, wurde viel Billiard gespielt, gelesen, gestrickt, Gesellschaftsspiele gespielt oder einfach nur erzählt. Wer sich mehr bewegen wollte konnte in ca. 40-45 min nach Freest zum Hafen laufen. Das einzige was wir anzumerken haben, war die doch sehr schummrige Beleuchtung. Zum Spielen, Lesen und für die Handarbeiten war es eigentlich zu dunkel. Eine Stehlampe mit drei strahlern gab es aber für die vielen Personen leider zu wenig, gerade wenn wir uns in die verschiedenen Ecken zurückgezogen haben.

Rustikale Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet mit Platz für viele Leute
Der Alte Kuhstall wurde sehr schön umgestaltet und lädt mit seinem rustikalen Charme vor allem größere Gruppen ein, viele Stunden gemeinsam zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas hellhörig, aber das stört wenig. Dafür ist die Lage in Nonnendorf umso ruhiger. Die Unterkunft war bei der einwandfreien Übergabe sauber und aufgeräumt, die Betten bereits bezogen und alles weitere war auch bereit für uns. Wir können die Ferienwohung nur weiter empfehlen und werden auch wieder kommen!

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz
Der Grundriss des Hauses ist klasse für größere Gruppen. Es ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Die Einrichtung ist zweckgemäß und gemütlich. Betten usw. sind jedoch bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Der hohe Preis für die Reinigung erscheint unangemessen. Die Sauberkeit war i. O. auf den ersten Blick, in den Ecken allerdings viele Spinnenweben, klebrige Möbel etc. Kaum Handyempfang und kein Wifi.

Groß genug für eine ganze Familie
Großer Wohnbereich mit Rundumküche. Gute Ausstattung. Etliche Stühle sind erneuerungsbedürftig. Schön, dass es keinen Fernseher gibt, aber WLAN sollte vorhanden sein. Genügend Schlafräume und Badezimmer. Fußbodenheizung sorgt für warme Füße, aber am Morgen ist es einfach zu warm (Nachtspeicher). Heizung sollte einstellbar sein. Freundlicher Verwalter.

Supergemütlich und offen
ich habe dort meinen 30sten Geburtstag gefeiert mit insgesamt 17 Freunden. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder. Es ist super gemütlich und der Wohnbereich ist sehr offen gestaltet. Die Betten sind auch sehr gemütlich und die Badezimmer ausreichend und sauber. Das es noch 3 km bis zur Ostsee sind, hat uns nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil, sind über Feld und Wiese, durch einen Wald und durch ein kleines Dörfchen gelaufen, war sehr schön. Wir 17 Leute können es nur empfehlen :)

Sehr idyllisch mit viel Platz
Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und wirklich riesig. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und auch Kinderstühle und Babybetten gab es vor Ort. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und den Verwaltern war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wären mit unserem Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das einzige worauf man sich einstellen muss, ist wohl die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört wirklich alles in den Schlafzimmern, da die Wände und Decken sehr dünn sind. Ohropax sind sehr zu empfehlen.
