Newly Built Home - One bedroom with a private bathroom for rent

I am renting out a guest bedroom in a newly built home that was recently purchased. This is a fully equipped smart home with a fantastic security system and fully furnished. All necessary toiletries will be provided by the host. The home is about 10-15 from Rockwall, TX and 35 minutes from Downtown Dallas and is near I-30 which gets you easy access to the greater DFW area.

I’ve added an air fryer, foodie grill, TV and other accessories to the home. I will also be adding a dining table in the near future.

Booked this home for a 2 night stay but ended up canceling (no refund) because the description was incorrect. The listing states that we would have the entire home and only share with members of our party; however this is not the case. The owner lives in the home and all the common areas are shared. There were not locks on individual guest rooms and after booking the host disclosed that there was another guest who was staying an extra night so the bathroom would also have to be shared. It also appeared that guests must be let in by the host meaning coming and going as you pleased was not possible. This was not a conducive arrangement so we found other accommodations. Expedia and VRBO share ownership, and VRBO advertises no shared space. I don’t know how this got through. The host seemed nice and the home looked nice but this listing was not accurate at all.
