There is also a studio room on this level, equipped with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), a kitchen corner, a bathroom with a WC, and a TV (flat screen). The studio has direct access to the terrace. The villa boasts a large kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. There is a separate WC on this floor as well. The second upper floor houses four bedrooms: two rooms each with a bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, a TV (flat screen), and air conditioning; one room with a bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom/WC, a TV (flat screen), and air conditioning; and one room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a shower/WC, a TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. The villa features floor heating for your comfort.
