"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. My husband went to lie on the sofa bed & the arm of the chair was hanging off. I went in the shower & the shower was hanging by a nail it...

"Very spacious apartment which suited our requirements for our short stay. Good communication from the host and would book again. "

"We noticed on arrival a very bad smell in the kitchen - though the kitchen was not visibly dirty. We tried but did not manage to locate the source of the smell - but it put us off from cooking at the property. I did contact the property manager about this when we left. The rooms and accommodation were spacious and perfect for our stay visiting family. There was quite a lot of early morning foot fall noise from Above which woke everyone. And I dont think it was obvious from the booking site...

"Ideally located on the quayside. Surrounded by old historical buildings but close to bars and restaurants and a short walk across the river to the Glasshouse.Easy access to station and metro.Clean and tidy with thoughtful touches and a friendly host who was easy to communicate with.The kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils, but other than that it was a lovely place to stay. "

"Lovely clean and nicely laid out property, beautifully decorated, very close to the promenade and local amenities. The front was in need of a bit of love to make it in-keeping with the inside of the house, and there was some noise from upstairs neighbours but otherwise a splendid stay."

"Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into...

"We were working in the area, easy public transport into centre asda literally 2minutes walk away, property was very clean and tidy and any questions were answered straight away . Ideal for what we needed, will definitely be staying again"

"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

"Terrific place for a quiet getaway, an close to the Metro for easy transportation within the city. Property manager Andrew was very friendly and very responsive to questions, and had lots of local knowledge. Highly recommended!"
