"Amazing hotel with incredible staff! "

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. The hotel isn’t actually in Baiersbronn, it’s some 2.5...

"All staff, except the receptionist at the SPA, were very friendly and helpful, trying to make the guest feel welcomed. We liked a lot the view from our room, the mood in the hotel and the facilities."

"The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The staff are just amazing. So sweet, friendly, and helpful. They lay out quite a spread for breakfast amd have excellent meal choices for dinner as well. Great food and service."

"The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. "Very nice hotel in the Black Forest. We had a balcony, which was nice since it was raining. We could still sit outside. Excellent breakfast. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, but the weather wasn't swimming weather when we were there so we couldn't try it. "

"Séjour tres agréable, nous y retournerons tres certainement ! Points positifs : l'hotel, le spa et la piscine invitent à la détente. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. Buffets petits dejeuner et diner bien fournis et tres corrects. Belles randonnées à faire dans les alentours. Points négatifs : la literie qui grince et le manque de climatisation dans la chambre et le restaurant. "
