"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. "Lovely property with excellent staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us have an amazing experience. Only criticism was that there was a large wedding that overtook and closed the restaurant and bar over several days, which meant we often had to eat in our room. Valet parking and breakfast included in the rate was a nice perk. "

"Easy parking for free. Wonderful location right on the river. During spring or summer the patio must be amazing. The rooms were smallish but well appointed, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bedding and wonderful large window to open for fresh air. Our only suggestion is to supply coffee or expresso makers in the room. "

"The hotel is good and price is good. No issues with the parking at all.Good location.Only problem is very small pillows and as there is no reception on Saturday (after 1p.m.) and not at all on Sunday you cannot get any extra pillow. The cleaning staff does not speak English and cannot assist."

"VRBO need to keep a check on these properties, because this one now, no longer looks as good in real life as what the photos show. On the plus side,this house has excellent WIFI,a great big freezer & large seperate fridge, great tv with Netfix, in English too, good selection of utensils in the kitchen & a lovely, but v v cold swimming pool, it leaks & needs topping up.We r campers, we are use to roughing it, but it was v disappointing when we first arrived. Peaceful place/great location

"Really enjoyed the property. Quaint villa property off the beaten path in the beautiful town of Gordes. Perfect location to explore the area. House is very comfortable and in great shape. Off season so didn't get to enjoy the pool but would be the perfect place to relax . Owner was very helpful and nice. "

Exceptional, luxurious resort?

"Whatever your expectations for a five star luxury hotel, this property exceeded them. We have never been treated so personally, so warmly, and so professionally. From the minute, we arrived by car, they expected us, handled the check-in, and moved us to the front desk, where we were welcomed personally. Our rooms and all of the many restaurants, spa experiences, and views were exceptional. Above all, the concierge service was fantastic from advising us before our stay, during our stay, to offering us navigation For our departure. I would highly recommend this property or any in the Arielle family of luxury resorts. We departed with welcome gifts that we will cherish forever. The only downside was having to compare our next hotels to La Bastide de Gordes!"
