2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4. The accommodation in this holiday property is over two levels and consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with balcony overlooking Roundstone Bay.
Both bedrooms are downstairs in the property. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with door onto an exterior terrace with bench and sun umbrella. This terrace offers sea views. Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom. Both bedrooms include ample storage for clothing and belongings. The well-appointed bathroom is also located on this level. It includes a bath, with electric shower over bath, sink and WC. Timber floors throughout the property.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, and onto the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, electric hob & oven. The living and dining areas offer dining table and seating for 4, and a large corner sofa in the living room area is ideally placed to enjoy the fireplace and multi-channel TV. The balcony is accessed from the living area and offers a wonderful view of Roundstone Bay and the surrounding coastline and countryside. An ideal spot to relax and dine of an evening.
Laundry facilities are in a utility room external to the accommodation but within the complex and are solely for the use of guests in this property. The utility and laundry area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The property is electrically heated throughout. Linen and towels are included. Electricity is included. Wi-Fi is available. Short breaks are available all year round. Sorry, strictly no pets. The property is best suited to couples and friends and may not be suitable for young children and toddlers, due to its proximity to the open seashore and internal and external steps. Access to the entrance of the property is via a series of 12 steps downward from the car park area. No baby equipment available. There is one designated car parking space allocated to the property within the complex. Additional public car parking is available within 50m.
