Guest will have access to The Earth Retreat and the Earth Retreats outdoor dining seating, grill, and firepit. The (unheated) pool is shared between all 3 retreats. Please note there could be other guests sharing the pool at the same time.

- Parking: located behind each unit for up to 4 vehicles

LAUNDRY
- In-unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- Must be over 25 to rent this home.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Air and Water Retreats. The pool is shared between the three retreats.
