"When I arrived my code on the keypad did not work. I called the number, it was answered by the 2nd ring - they walked me through finding the lockbox as an alternative way to access the property. My 2 adult daughters joined me the 2nd night - it was perfect for all 3 of us to hang out and catch up after a soccer game. While the 100 additional fee seemed a bit excessive for the minimalist approach - I recommend!"

"This was a great little home for the 3 night stay we had. Best for only 2 to 4 people. Only my husband and I stayed the nights, but my daughter and her husband visited and one of the nights they cooked dinner for us there. It was a little challenging due to the small kitchen, dining, living area but we made it work. The kitchen is well stocked to serve at least 4 people and has all the necessary appliances. "Property was great, but we didn't get the code to get into the room until 20 minutes after checkin because VRBO doesn't provide the code. We had to call and leave a message, then wait for a call back. None of the outlets seemed to work in the room so we couldn't use the lamps, charge our phones, or watch TV. "

"Overall the property and accomodations were very nice. The communication was difficult as the VRBO app did not show my email was connected with the booking. Lucky I one of the other people at the property helped me out."
