"Very beautiful views atop a mountain overlooking the Mediterranean. The road up is a challenge, for sure. Probably unlike anything else you have driven, but very doable with a little patience. The size of the place it a little tight for a family of 4, but you can make it work. The pool and patio are lovely and the hosts are very kind. "

"The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was approx 10 min walk to the Old City, had parking and the apartment had everything necessary to make our stay a fabulous experience. Michalis responded very quickly via email and the attention to detail in the apartment was awesome. Totally recommend a stay here and will definitely stay again, if we revisit Rethymno."

"This was a great property with great owners. I’d say it’s probably worth spending a little but extra to make sure you have the view of valley and mountains, we had a side view but we’d know next time. Everything is very hog spec. And the family were SUPER helpful. Really comfortable bed and lovely sofa and out door furniture. Absolutely would recommend. Just half an hour to the beaches and lots of good places to eat and places to visit "

"We arrived at the villa and were met by Stratos and his wife who were both very welcoming. The villa was stunning and suited our large group. The wrap around terrace at the top of the villa with table, chairs and loungers was the perfect place to eat and watch the sunset. "The owners have thought of everything and make sure you have it. Wonderful home, wonderful location with the beach at your door and your own yard to enjoy the outdoor kitchen/ lounge and pool. The kids will love the play set and toys if they tire of the sand. Stay here! Only word of advice is don’t try to leave on a Friday-Saturday-or Sunday for dinner elsewhere because you will have trouble coming back and finding parking. Besides the food is great at the tavernas only a few steps away."
